By accessing or using DalmarPOS, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

DalmarPOS provides point-of-sale and business-management tools for eligible businesses. Specific features, pricing, and service levels may be governed by separate agreements.

You agree not to:

• use the services for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with the security or operation of the platform; or
• introduce malware, harmful code, or unauthorized access methods.

DalmarPOS and its content, software, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We work to keep the platform available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, and events beyond our control may affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons. You may stop using the services at any time.

You agree to indemnify DalmarPOS against claims, damages, and losses resulting from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and DalmarPOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

DalmarPOS is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which DalmarPOS operates, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
